As standard, awning operating hardware (crank handle, operator cover and lever lock) are a soft coppertone color that blends well with most clear wood finishes. Seven optional colors/finishes are offered. As a standard, Lincoln offers a low profile folding handle. Folding handles are advantageous for use with some window treatments and provide lower clearance for removal of window screen.

Casement
Lincoln offers a low profile folding handle on casement windows. Folding handles are advantageous for use with some window treatments and provide lower clearance for removal of the window screen. As standard, casement operating hardware (crank handle, operator cover and lever lock) are a soft coppertone color that blends well with most clear wood finishes. Seven optional finishes are also offered. All casements feature adjustable hinge tracks for proper sash alignment.

Lincoln's optional sash limiters for Casements with Crank Hardware meet the requirements of ASTM F2090-10.
ASTM F2090-10: Standard Specification for Window Fall Prevention Devices With Emergency Escape (Egress) Release Mechanisms establishes requirements for devices intended to address the risk of injury and death associated with accidental falls from windows by children five years old and younger.
ASTM-compliant window opening control devices:
- Allow a window to be opened less than 4 inches with 60-lbf direct force applied
- Allow a window to be fully opened if needed as a means of escape or rescue in an emergency with no more than 15-lbf of force
- Require two actions to open the window fully for egress purposes
- Require the action to be performed without the use of keys, tools or special knowledge
- Reset automatically every time the window is opened
Sash limiters are available for Casement Windows with Push-Out Hardware, but they do not meet the requirements of ASTM F2090-10

Locks and Tilt Latches
Double Hung locks and tilt latches are color matched in eight hardware finishes. Two low-profile pick resistant locks are used on units with 32” glass and wider. Units smaller than 32” have one lock. Tilt latches are set into the check rail of the bottom sash and concealed in the top rail on the upper sash. Spring loaded, they release to tilt in with ease. Made to last and stay out of sight, these lock options are sure to please.

Quantum sash locks are available in four finishes. It is a heavy-duty lock with alignment nubs that inset into the keeper. Typical Quantum Double Hung units have two locks.

Lead panels feature a lever pull for stacking doors and flush pulls on a pocketing system. Lever Pull Handle sets are available in nine finishes. Flush Pull Handle Sets are available in seven finishes. Flush Pull Handles are used primarily for pocket door applications and are available for wide stile only. Both come standard with a 2-point locking gear.

Track System and Rollers
The low profile sill tracks are available staggered or full width and include a double fin weather-strip. Staggered track systems feature a flat edge creating a smooth transition to floor coverings.
Full width sill have an inside riser and a nosing system running the complete length of the door unit.
Lincoln’s "T" track allows for a flooring detail between the track system minimizing the visible track area.
Adjustable rollers glide easily, quietly and are available in stainless steel.

Signature handle sets are available in twelve finishes. If there is more than one door on a project, they may be ordered keyed alike. The latch mechanism is dual point, latching both up and down to resist forced entry by lifting the panel. Finishes can be color coordinated with swing doors. Keyed cylinders are standard.

Lincoln Swing Patio Doors come standard with adjustable, corrosion resistant hinges and are equipped with non-removable pins for security. PLEASE NOTE: Removal of the door will require unscrewing the hinge from the frame or door panel. Available finishes match HOPPE® handle sets. In-Swing patio doors come standard with Gold Powder Coat finished hinges. Standard for Out-Swing patio doors is Brushed Chrome.
For light commercial applications, we offer high quality 4" ball bearing hinges in many beautiful finishes. These heavy duty architectural hinges feature stylish radius corners.

Fold-A-Way Door
Bifold Components
Track, Guide Channel and Sill
The Fold-A-Way Patio Door is a top mounted track system allowing the weight of door to be carried on the header. The bottom guide glides with minimal effort in a polypropylene floor channel lining allowing a smooth, almost silent rolling action. A low threshold guide channel is available for internal applications - no obtrusive door sill, just a recessed track in the floor.
Carriers, Guides and Pivots
Carriers, guides and pivots use the highest grade stainless steel rollers and bearings. Floor guides and floor pivots are offset so the floor guide channel is located directly under the door panels when they are closed. This system is beneficial from an aesthetic perspective and reduces the opportunity for dust and debris to enter the channel.
Handles, Hinges and Dropbolts
Our doors include heavy-duty pull handles and hinges. Door panels come standard with three hinges, a fourth is added for doors over 7’4”. Flush-mounted dropbolts firmly anchor the door panels when closed.
