Trim
Dressed up or dressed down, all windows and doors have trim. Lincoln offers trim variations for the convenience of the builder and the end user. Of course trim has a utilitarian function as a bridge between the window and the wall inside and out.

However, trim ultimately frames the window in its setting. The exterior trim rounds out the architectural presentation. Interior trim becomes the frame for natures setting.

Exterior Trim Offering
Trim your aluminum clad windows with brickmould. Lincoln offers clad brickmould in two widths, 2" and 4", in all our clad color choices. Two inch brickmould may be ordered applied, while 4 inch is available for field application only.

Lincoln wood exterior windows are produced with cellular pvc brickmould, sill and sill nosing as the product standard. Stain grade unfinished brickmould, sills and sill nosing are available. Various other cpvc trims, including backband, Williamsburg and two widths of flat casings, 3 & 5 inch, are also available choices. An optional 2 inch sill nosing is available for these heavier trims.

Interior Options
Lincoln offers, as a customer convenience, interior trims in eleven profiles. The benefit to our customers is the ability to shape the trim for a radius unit at the time the unit is produced. In addition, plinth blocks are available, to facilitate joining radius to straight trim.

Other interior customer service options include primed interiors on all of our windows and/or Lincoln First Finish. First Finish is exactly what the name implies, the interior primer and a first coat of finish paint. Additional finishing steps are required to obtain a fully finished appearance.

Mulling Options
Lincoln offers structural mulls for both wood and clad units, in four width. Wood mulls are 1/2, 3/4, 2 or 3-1/2 inches. Mulls on clad exteriors would be corresponding colors extruded aluminum in the same widths as wood.

The panning system is another aluminum clad exterior accessory. Its principal use is in remodeling applications. Panning is available in three widths, 2, 4 and 6 inch. The system includes an "H" strip for use in mull situations.
